2. In-House Production: Casting & CNC-Machining

Casting: In our workshop, we first cast the liquid PU system into a solid, seamless sheet. This creates a durable, permanently elastic foundation without any weak points.

CNC-Milling: Once the panel has cured, our CNC-controlled machines take over. They mill the chosen pattern, logos, or vessel names into the material with extreme precision, ensuring a flawless finish.

• On-Site Surveying: Our specialists visit your location for a digital survey or manual templating.
• Design & Production: We create the digital design and manufacture the panels entirely in-house.

Option 2: Panel-Service (For the Skilled DIY Enthusiast)
Would you like to work with a professional product yourself? With our Panel-Service, we deliver ready-to-install panels based on your own templates.

• Self-Templating: You create the templates for your deck (we can provide professional templating foil for this).
• Full-Size Verification: We digitize your templates and send you a full-size (1:1) paper proof for verification. This ensures the design fits perfectly before we start the casting and milling process.
• Delivery & Manual: We ship the custom panels to you, including a clear manual for professional self-installation.
